These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of wristping.com (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The service

wristping.com is a free tool that surfaces eBay watch listings and offers optional Telegram-based alerts for user-defined saved searches. The Service is provided at no cost.

2. No warranty; "as is"

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy of data, or uninterrupted operation. We make no guarantee that the Service will be available, timely, error-free, or that any alert will reach you within any specific time window.

3. Listing data and seller relationships

All listing data displayed on the Service originates from third-party eBay sellers via the eBay Browse API. We do not verify, authenticate, inspect, or guarantee:

• The accuracy of titles, descriptions, or images
• The condition or authenticity of any item
• The accuracy of prices, shipping costs, or availability
• The reputation or reliability of any seller

Any purchase you make is a transaction between you and the eBay seller, governed by eBay's own policies. We are not a party to that transaction. Disputes, refunds, returns, and authenticity questions are between you, the seller, and eBay.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, mirror, or automate access to the Service in a way that imposes unreasonable load on our infrastructure
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, security measures, or authentication mechanisms
• Attempt to access data or accounts that do not belong to you
• Use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful in your jurisdiction
• Submit Telegram chat identifiers belonging to other people without their consent

We may suspend or terminate access for any user we believe is violating these terms, at our sole discretion, without notice.

5. Affiliate relationship

The Service earns affiliate commissions on qualifying eBay purchases that originate from clicks on this site. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details.

6. Intellectual property

The Service's design, code, copy, and curation are our intellectual property. Listing data, images, and brand marks displayed via the Service belong to the respective eBay sellers, eBay, and the original brand holders. Nothing on the Service should be construed as a transfer of those rights to you.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim or (b) ten U.S. dollars (US$10). Because the Service is free, (a) is expected to be zero. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.

8. Service changes; termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time without notice. We may also terminate any user's access without notice for any reason, including without limitation a violation of these Terms or applicable law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law applicable where the operator of the Service is based. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the homepage for at least 30 days and reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after the change constitutes acceptance.
